CONCESSIONS AUDITING
- Work with staff to review applications from prior year renewals and new concessionaires.
- Assisting with data ported over from other formats and systems and updates.
- On-site analysis during and recommendations for improved reporting and compliance by concessionaires.
- Random tape readings and secret shopper reports.
- Enforce contracted menu and pricing determined and approved between concessionaire and event.
- Analysis of daily sales tapes, credit/debit card processing, reconciliation of over-rings, under-rings and the use of no-sale keys and reporting of any inconsistencies to management.
- Preparation of end of event report with recommendations for improvements and changes to benefit future events.
- Record concessions data into spreadsheet tracking year over year information.
- Take photographs of each booth and provide details about cleanliness, readability of menu and overall appeal to the consumer.

EVENT ON-SITE OPERATIONS
- Combined both Food auditing and Fair software technical Support in same event.
