I would like to take the opportunity to describe the work that Sara Renee Consulting, and specifically, Sara Renee Hallman performed for us as Food and Beverage Analyst and Auditor. Sara is highly organized, detail oriented, pro-active, and deals effectively both with managers and vendors. Superior under stress, Sara actually appears to become more goal oriented and ready to solve conflicts by proving the auditing value to vendors and the organization she is representing. I would consider any company very lucky to have Sara and her team, as they are virtually a shoe-in for creating the atmosphere and structure necessary to complete a successful project. Sara completely re-vamped our settlement and auditing procedures which resulted in an unprecedented 40% increase in concessions revenue at this year's fair. Sara's qualities and work ethic underpinned that success by helping to implant new accounting procedures with cash registers and a detailed food & beverage analysis among our Fair concessionaires.
